Rate Schedule ChangeAdjust your rate and billing cycle+
The Rate Schedule Change will adjust the rate, and in some cases even the frequency of your billing cycle. This means that you will see a minor reduction in your price/kwh as well as a monthly billing cycle instead of a bi-monthly cycle.
Fixed Flat Rate ProgramPredictable monthly energy costs+
The Fixed Flat Rate will take your two historical usage average, and reduce the bill anywhere from 10-30%, and keep you on a fixed rate. Your bill will not go up or down, but stay at a single fixed price. This allows for much more control and predictability in your bills as well as a reduced cost.
Energy Innovation EcosytemCalifornia clean-energy innovation+
The California Energy Innovation Ecosystem is a statewide initiative of the California Energy Commission that connects clean energy entrepreneurs with the funding, training, resources, and expertise needed to help turn technologies and concepts into products that benefit consumers, companies, and utilities.

Power SaversSmart thermostat participation+
The Power Savers Program is a program for residential customers who have eligible smart thermostats connected to their air conditioning.
Sun Renewable ProgramProduce and manage more energy at home+
The Sun Renewable Program turns your home into a power producing utility hub by adding in solar panels and offers the highest savings available. This means that your electric dependence on the utility company will be eliminated, and you will own and create your own energy with a significantly lower monthly cost. The benefit is that instead of “renting” out their power from the utility companies. You are paying yourself and owning your own power, allowing you to sell power back to the utility. This is a $0 out of pocket program.
Time-of-Use Residential RateRates based on time and season+
If your bi-monthly bill consistently has Tier 3 usage then you may be a good candidate for the TOU rate. Time-of-Use (TOU) rates are based on the time of day and season that you use electricity.
Attic Insulation Rebate ProgramQualifying efficiency rebates+
The Consumer Rebate Program (CRP) is available to our residential customers in an effort to promote the use of energy-efficient products. This program is designed to both educate and encourage residential customers to purchase and install qualifying products in their home.
Family Electric Rate Assistance ProgramElectric discounts for qualifying families+
Families whose household income slightly exceeds the CARE allowances will qualify to receive FERA discounts, which will then apply a 18% discount on their electricity bill. FERA is available for customers of Southern California Edison, San Diego Gas and Electric Company, and Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
